1.Prime location. Property located in a residential and central area. Safe for families. Facilities like medial shop, stationery shop etc., all within walking distance. All tourist spots within reasonable distance. Variety of restaurants quite close. 2. Well furnished neat and clean rooms. Kitchen well equipped. It really was like staying in a home. 3. Prompt responses by the owner Mr. Musale. 4. We were happy with the cab services booked through Opal Suites.. Only downside was the in-house food was pricey.. We had a very pleasant and memorable stay experience. Thank You Opal Suites Team.

hi folks.....NEVER EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY & TIME in coming to this hopeless place owned and manned by wretched people.....u will for sure regret later....had a dreadful experience whilst our stay for around 25 days....it was a long stay n thats y we could actually get to experience what goes on here in the name of service and hospitality.....the so-called proprietor is a headstrong and arrogant person who is just bothered about minting money ....and absolutely nothing else....to begin with..we were made to change our room thrice due to lack of cleaning n non functional equipments...in the name of staff...he has only kept an uneducated couple from a near by village....they r the only ones present there doing whatever comes to their minds...they r the ones who do the brooming...mopping...bathrooms, toilet and cooking (just think of it)....the man uses filthy language....doesn't give a heed to your requirements....throws his attitude and tantrums every now and then....he does such shabby work of cleaning that the entire place stinks...the toilet remained stained throughout our stay....with no fixed timings....at times only grooming was done...and other times....no cleaning at all....the linen is changed after seven days and the towels after four days...that too after so many requests....they also stink because the linen n the towels are hand washed by the same fellow.....no adequate water pressure in the bathroom n the toilet...there are no toiletries provided except for once...when we kept demanding for it....they have a menu where they have mentioned 'home cooked food'.....please please do not order as u would be in for a rude shock.....the same couple who cleans the bathrooms and toilets prepare the food in their own house which is located at the ground floor....i almost puked when i saw the kitchen with lakhs of flies.....water logged and litter thrown around....plus the couples' bathroom is next to the kitchen n remains open all the time...YUCK....this couple keeps fighting and hitting each other day and night making it impossible to even talk or rest ......theres noises n chaos all the time because of them....moreover...this service apartment is situated in a residential building and the residents also keep complaining about the couples' misbehaviour.....MOST OF THE TIMES THEY R MISSING AND THERE IS NO ONE PRESENT IN THE PREMISES TO ATTEND TO YOUR NEEDS....this is because the owner utilises the same couple in his fields there is constant power cut every day and night n the fellow does not even bother to put on the inverter at nights....theres no generator back up....in spite of all these odds,...it is priced equivalent to good hotels of aurangabad...that fellow's behaviour is very humiliating n he even appears to be dangerous....HE IS A HOOLIGAN AND CAN BE A THREAT.....when we complained to the owner about all this...he tried to second him and refused to accept about any of our troubles faced during our stay....THE OWNER IS VERY MUCH A PART OF WHATEVER GOES IN THERE N RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT FELLOW'S ATROCITIES.....HE IS A COMPLETE MISFIT FOR THIS BUSINESS....SO WE DECIDED TO LEAVE AND CHECKED INTO GINGER HOTEL FOR THE REST OF THE TEN DAYS....IT WAS A NIGHTMARE..... WORST EXPERIENCE ......WE HAD A HIGHLY TROUBLESOME AND A HORRIBLE HORRIBLE STAY.....WISH NO ONE GOES THROUGH WHAT WE WENT THROUGH WITH SUCH IDIOTIC PEOPLE....

Stayed in Opal apartments 1 day. Special treatment started from the moment I contacted the site (Mr Syad) for information, follow ups after reservation, special check-in arrangement, and personalized attention by Mr Syad all the time. The apartment was cleaned and well maintained. I definitely will return.

I Liked the rooms very much , Mr.Sayed was very co operative in each and every situation , he had made us feel comfortable , rooms were very posh liked the interiors very much , he also arranged car pick up and drop where ever we visited in Aurangabad , I recommend to go and have a visit it is very nice and also you get fresh vegetables and fruits outside apt , grocery stores are also near by ,so no complaints I would visit once again.Akshay Joshi

Staff were very helpful - Syed and Rajat made sure we had everything we needed from the moment we booked. They arranged a car for us from the apartments to Ellora Caves and back to the airport. Breakfast was tasty and brought up to our apartment in the morning. Cleanliness was generally fine, but perhaps could have been a bit better, especially if you were planning to use things in the kitchen. Beds are fine, but are very firm! Bathroom was good and the shower worked well. Overall, a pleasant stay. Thank you!
